Day 3
I had something really awesome going with the shading (light values/tones), then it turned into a very personal character of mine. oops… You get this one instead.
I looked at an old piece of fan art I did.

Day 2
I’m doing the “sketch a day” thing. I’m feeling really upset about my artistic skill levels. Really bummed, to the point where I’m raging around, so I’ve decided to make myself do a quick piece every day. It’s all going to be grayscale, because I suck with color and need to settle down with the basics. I’m going to post my sketch here everyday no matter how craptastic it is. I’m going to force myself to, even if I have to wince and cry and be embarrassed and the clear lack of proper anatomy, proportions, and light understanding. I’m also going to draw whatever it is the crap I want, even if it’s the same dang thing over and over again.
With that being said PLEASE send me an ask with some words of encouragement if you have any to spare. I’m only barely convincing myself to do this. I don’t actually expect anyone to send me an ask, so if I do get one I’ll be super surprised, and I promise I’ll send you super love.
